## What this project is

Bio Cycle Labs (BCL) proposes a replicable SPV / joint-venture model to co-develop an integrated biostimulant and biofertilizer manufacturing plant in a host country. BCL is the technology co-partner (patented processes, formulations, QA/QC, scale-up). An external investor funds approximately EUR 22 million. A local operating partner provides site, permits, workforce, and distribution.
